Base prices by size tier
Settings → Pricing is where you set the number every quote starts from: what a removal or a trim costs, by tree size, before any multiplier or add-on touches it.
The four size tiers

- Medium — 30–50 ft
- Large — 50–75 ft
- XL — 75+ ft
Every tree on your online estimator lands in one of these four tiers. There’s no fifth tier and no in-between pricing — a 48 ft tree and a 31 ft tree are priced identically, as medium.
Two separate grids
Section titled “Two separate grids”Removal and trim each get their own price for each size tier — eight numbers in total. Raising your removal prices does nothing to your trim prices, and the other way around. If you only ever adjust one grid, the other one is still sitting on the starting defaults.
Every account starts here, before anyone edits anything:

These are the numbers every new account is seeded with — not a recommendation, but your starting point.
How a tree lands in a tier
Section titled “How a tree lands in a tier”The height your online estimator shows for a pinned tree — whether it came from an automatic measurement or the homeowner typed it in themselves — is offered back to the homeowner as one of the four size chips, and they confirm or correct it before moving on. Whatever size is confirmed at that step is what prices the tree. See How tree heights are measured from space for how that starting number is generated.
What to watch out for
Section titled “What to watch out for”Every new account starts on the same generic default prices, and nothing in setup stops you from sharing your link before you’ve looked at them. Review both grids — removal and trim — before you go live. They’re a reasonable starting point for a typical market, not a number anyone has checked against your costs.
