Pro & Premium plans
A plan is an optional subscription that adds a recurring credit allotment and a bonus on every pack you buy — useful if you’d rather budget for a predictable monthly cost than top up by hand.
Plans are optional
Section titled “Plans are optional”You can run on pay-as-you-go forever, buying packs by hand or through auto-recharge whenever you need to. A plan doesn’t unlock anything you can’t already do — it changes the economics in your favor if you’re a steady user.
What a plan gives you
Section titled “What a plan gives you”Each plan adds a recurring credit allotment to your balance every billing period, plus a percentage bonus on top of every credit pack you buy while subscribed — whether you buy it yourself or auto-recharge buys it for you. Plans come in two tiers, billed monthly or annually. Open Billing → Plans to see current pricing, included credits, and the bonus percentage for each tier — those numbers are shown live on that screen rather than printed here, since they can change.
Subscribing
Section titled “Subscribing”From the Plans section, click Subscribe on the tier you want. That takes you to a Stripe-hosted checkout page; once payment goes through, your account is charged and your first allotment of credits lands on your balance.
Switching or cancelling
Section titled “Switching or cancelling”Once you’re subscribed, changes go through the billing portal rather than the plan cards themselves — click Manage plan to switch tiers or cancel there. This keeps you from accidentally starting a second subscription on top of the one you already have.
Cancelling, or a payment that fails, drops you back to pay-as-you-go. Your account stays active either way — nothing about your estimator or your dashboard access changes. You stop receiving the recurring allotment and the top-up bonus going forward, and go back to buying packs on your own.
What to watch out for
Section titled “What to watch out for”Once you have a live plan, you won’t see a second Subscribe button for a different tier — switching to another plan is handled through Manage plan in the portal, not a new checkout. If you’re looking for a way to upgrade or downgrade and only see “Current plan” or “Switch,” that’s the portal path working as intended.
